Rayala Techno Park (RTP)
Established to support software companies in the IT sector, Rayala Techno Park (RTP) was an initiative of Rayala Corporation in 2006-07. Spanning 2 lakh sq.ft., RTP serves as a prominent software office complex, accommodating numerous leading IT companies across its multiple floors.
Rayala Corporation’s promotion facilitated the establishment of RTP, which has since become a home ground for major players in the IT industry. This initiative addresses the specific needs of software companies, providing a conducive environment for their operations within its expansive premises.
Rayala Towers
Constructed in 2000, this sizable edifice stands proudly on Mount Road, directly facing LIC. Spanning an impressive 3,50,000 square feet, its primary purpose was commercial. Within its walls, it accommodates numerous Multinational Companies and PSU Banks, including Castrol, Cams, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, and the Regional Passport Office, a division of the Ministry of External Affairs.
Situated opposite the LIC building on Anna Salai, it has served as a bustling hub for various businesses, offering a conducive environment for productivity and collaboration since its inception over two decades ago.
