Mr. R V R K Ranga Rao joined Rayala Corporation Pvt. Ltd in 2000, where he continues to hold a directorial position, having been in the family business, overseeing the Real Estate and Consumer Electronic Group, subsequent to graduating in B.Com from Madras University.
Mr. Ranvir Ranjit, a B.Com graduate from Loyola College, Chennai in 1999, pursued his higher studies – Masters in Business Administration in Germany. Subsequently, he was employed as an Assistant Executive in the Administration Department of Braun AG in Kornberg, Germany for a period of 5 years. In 2007, a return to India was made, and work commenced at Sundaram Clayton as a Production Trainee to acquire hands-on technical knowledge of light engineering items. Following this, employment was undertaken at Rialto Engineering P. Ltd as a Director, where the Automotive / Engineering Division of Rialto Enterprises P. Ltd (part of the Rayala Group) is currently overseen by him.
An Executive, Mr. M. Singh, a B.Com Hons. Graduate from Andhra University in Waltair, AP, was employed by National Asphalt. Following this, he joined as Executive Director of his family business, Bobbili Electronics, manufacturers of electronic calculators and printers. In 1976, Rayala Corporation P. Ltd appointed him as Executive Director, and in 1995, he was made Managing Director of Facit Asia Ltd (a Forbes Group). Upon retirement from Facit Asia as Managing Director, he served as Corporate Advisor for the Forbes Group of Companies for 2 years. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Director at Rayala Corporation P. Ltd and Group Companies.
Mr. Ranjit Pratap completed his B.Com graduation at Madras Christian College, Chennai, in 1973, followed by his pursuit of higher studies in management at ISU (Indiana State University), USA. The first gas-filled shock absorber plant in India was promoted by him in collaboration with Fitchell & Sachs, Germany, upon his return to India in early ’76. Subsequently, Suspa Pneumatics was promoted in collaboration with Suspa AG, Germany. In 1989, he assumed the role of Managing Director of Rayala Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (manufacturers of the famous Halda Typewriters) from his father and has continued as Managing Director till date.
